You are able to call the Student Accounts Cashier at (719) 502-2444 and pay by credit card (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa). Please keep in mind there are periods where we experience heavier call volume - Please leave a voicemail including your Student ID number and we will return your call as soon as able.

A convenient budget plan, called My Payment Plan, is available from our partner Nelnet
Business Solutions or NBS to help meet your educational expenses. This is not a loan
program. You have no debt incurred, no interest charges assessed, and there is no
credit check.
The cost to budget your interest-free monthly payment plan is a $43 per semester non-refundable
enrollment fee. Each semester, students need to create an agreement to pay for their
tuition and fees. Previous "My Payment Plan" agreements cannot be used for past or
future semesters.

Should you encounter any problems with the Nelnet site, please call Nelnet at 1-800-609-8056.
Please note: You will not be dropped from your current classes if you fail to make the final payment; however, if not resolved, the balance will be sent to a Collection Agency and additional charges will be incurred in addition to the original amount due.

NOTE: To protect personal information, the automated payment option is not available in person. You must log in to your PPSC Student Portal (refer to navigation instructions below) to enroll in the payment plan program.
Pikes Peak State College uses BankMobile Disbursements to deliver student refunds.
If you’re eligible for a refund, you’ll need to set up your refund preferences through BankMobile via your myPikesPeak Portal. Once you log in, locate the Student Finance card and select BankMobile to set up your preferences.
Important: You must create a BankMobile account and select your refund method to receive any refunds from PPSC, including Financial Aid refunds.
