PPSC MVP has a tuition program that is available to active duty military spouses when both spouse and service member are taking classes during the same semester on our military sites.
The Military Spouse Tuition Scholarship Program applies only to military classes taken at Fort Carson and/or Peterson SFB.
The sponsor and spouse can be registered for classes in different parts-of-term and not the same military site location. However, the scholarship will not be applied to the spouse’s account until after the scheduled Census Date (Drop Date) of the sponsor’s enrolled class. When the sponsor and spouse are enrolled in the same part-of-term, the scholarship will be applied to the spouse’s account after the scheduled course Census Date of the sponsor’s enrolled class.
The scholarship will be 50% of the current in-class tuition. Campus and online classes are not eligible for this scholarship. This program does not apply to spouses who are on active duty orders. Classes must have sufficient enrollment for the class to run. This program does not apply to on campus or online course substitutions if the military class cancels. An application form must be completed and submitted at an MVP military site office or emailed to mvp@pikespeak.edu.
