To apply for the Bachelor of Applied Science in Cybersecurity, you must have completed
an associate degree (minimum 60 credits) in one of the following areas:
- Cybersecurity
- Networking and/or Network Security
- Secure Software Development
- A Center of Academic Excellence (CAE) associate degree
- An associate degree approved by the Computer Networking department, including completion
of a prescribed elective list.
If you have not yet completed an associate degree:
- Select the Cybersecurity AAS on your admission application
If you're unsure about meeting the requirements, please contact the Cybersecurity

If you are new to PPSC and have already completed a relevant associate degree:
- Select the Cybersecurity BAS on your admission application. The bachelor's program
is listed under “Selective Programs” in the “Select an Area of Interest” section.
- After submitting your application, send your transcripts to Mike.Krakow@pikespeak.edu.
If you are a current PPSC student nearing the completion of your associate degree:
- You do not need to reapply. However, you will need to contact Mike Krakow to transition
into the bachelor’s-level cybersecurity courses.
