It is our pleasure to welcome you to the Pikes Peak State College Career Services Employment Center, powered by Handshake®. As a respected leader in the community, you have set the standard in providing quality educational and employment opportunities to citizens of the Pikes Peak region. PPSC is delighted to help you fill your hiring needs.
The Career Services Department at Pikes Peak State College offers assistance to PPSC students in resume and cover letter writing, interviewing and soft skills development. In addition, students, who are uncertain about career choices can meet with our trained Career Advisors to gain more clarity about their future professional options. Our staff is eager to partner with you in our joint efforts to develop a top-notch local workforce.
Most recently, we have re-established a job database that allows employers to advertise employment opportunities directly to PPSC students. The database is powered by Handshake®. We invite you to recruit our students as potential employees by posting your job positions with us. This handbook takes you through the steps to do just that.
We want what you want…to connect skilled students to your organization and the Pikes Peak area workforce. Build relationships with our talented, trained and skilled students at the same time you meet your employment needs.
Again, welcome to the PPSC Career Services Department and cheers to a long and productive partnership.
Sincerely,
Sylvia Garcia
