Degree Type: Non-Degree
Pathway: Health Sciences
CPR is a simple, life-saving skill that can significantly impact the outcome for both family members and patients. Since 80% of cardiac arrests occur outside of healthcare settings, it’s often your family, friends, and coworkers who can save your life. Pikes Peak State College is now an American Heart Association (AHA) Training Center. We are here to assist you in becoming an AHA instructor, setting up a training site, or obtaining other certifications to meet your needs.
Whether you’re an employer seeking workplace training for your team to meet OSHA requirements
or you need flexible options to conduct training at your location and on your schedule,
we offer comprehensive support, including eCard and instructor assistance.

Kenda provides a great resource for students, faculty, and staff here at PPSC. I recently renewed my CPR certification in her course at Centennial Campus and she did an outstanding job delivering the content, making it informative, understandable, and fun! Whether renewing, or getting certified for the first time, this course will be a benefit to you and those around you.
