Tuition Assistance

Benefit for: 

  • Eligible Active Duty Military - Army, Air Force/Space Force, Coast Guard, Navy, Marines, National Guard

Contact your respective Education Center to determine if you are eligible for Tuition Assistance (TA) and attend a mandatory briefing.

Keep in mind: 

  • Annual dollar amount and credit hour caps apply. 
  • TA only covers tuition. Fees and/or textbooks are self-funded. 
  • Guard and Reserves may be eligible for TA. Colorado National Guard has a state-funded TA option.

VA Benefits

Benefit for: 

  • CH30 Montgomery GI Bill® Active Duty: For active duty members who enroll and pay $100 per month for 12 months are entitled to receive a monthly education benefit once they have completed a minimum service obligation. You can use this benefit as a veteran as well. 

  • CH33 Post 9/11 GI Bill®: If you have at least 90 days of aggregate active duty service after September 10, 2001, and are still active duty, or if you are an honorably discharged veteran or were discharged with a service-connected disability after 30 days. 

  • CH1606 Montgomery GI Bill® Selective Reserve: For reservists with a six-year obligation in the Selected Reserve who are actively drilling.
