After the Appeals Process has Been Exhausted

If the Respondent is found to be in violation of SP 19-60, the following are available Sanctions:

If the Respondent is found not in violation of SP 19-60, the complaint shall be closed with no further disciplinary action. If additional concerns, outside the scope of this procedure, are identified during the course of the investigation, the findings may be shared with appropriate administrative personnel to further address, as deemed appropriate.
